VSC 1021-1030 T

VISEL VSC 1021-30T CNCs are specific for turning.

Verastile, simple and practical, VISEL CNCs have been designed using criteria of extreme simplicity of use with a practical and intuitive “USER FRIENDLY” operator interface.

Extremely complete, they can be programmed at various levels: in standard ISO (G code), for the compilation of pre-defined cycles (MACRO), through direct creation, drawing a profile directly on the machine or importing it from a CAD file in format. DXF with consequent processing.

t is possible to go from the RAW PIECE to the FINISHED in just 2 steps. A turning macro automatically calculates the trajectory of the profile to be turned and optimizes the passes.

From the raw piece to the final product in two simple steps… Drastic reduction of standard programming times.

With the VIS-CAD function it’s possible to draw a profile (or import it directly from CAD file into .STEP) and through the appropriate macro: PROFILE TURNING, add generic data (measurements of the “raw” piece, tools and machine parameters) to being able to create the piece with the desired profile in real time. The interactive dynamic graphics will allow you to evaluate the machining before actually executing it on the piece.
