BH 300
The CNC shelf milling machine mod. BH 300 can be used as a conventional or CNC milling machine. The milling machine has a vertical (fast head) and horizontal (with mechanical speed selection) spindle. Thanks to the verniers (mechanical-original) it is possible to move the axes manually. In this condition, the CNC works like a digital readout. If necessary, a switch enables the Numerical Control function, inhibiting the use of the verniers. It is therefore possible to switch from MANUAL to CNC mode at will.
The milling machine has a solid cast iron structure, ball screws on all XYZ axes (brushless motors) and support pistons on the Z axis. The fast head allows variable inclinations from 0 ° to 90 °, and you can also take advantage of the manual handling of the sleeve.
The VISEL CNC mod. VSC 1021M “USER FRIENDLY”, intuitive and easy to use, allows the machine to be used in the creation of single pieces and / or prototyping. It is possible to draw a profile on the machine (and / or import it from CAD with .DXF file) and perform the contouring or pocketing with a simple macro (compilation program).

USER FRIENDLY CNC maximum simplicity with high performance.
Versatile, simple and practical, VISEL CNCs have been designed using criteria of extreme simplicity of use with a practical and intuitive “USER FRIENDLY” operator interface. Extremely complete, they can be programmed at various levels: in standard ISO (G code), for the compilation of pre-defined cycles (MACRO), through direct creation, drawing a profile directly on the machine or importing it from a CAD file in .DXF format with consequent processing. The powerful firmware and innovative architecture allow high tech performance in the complex machining of molds and high-quality parts.
