DUPLEX (7 AXES)
The DUPLEX universal machining center is able to perform any type of machining by simultaneously managing 2 rotary tilting tables with a total control of 7 axes in the “DT” configuration. The intermedia wall (otpional), allows the pendular working.
Every single table manages continuously 5-axis machining, the great versatility allows the realization of complex pieces without the burden of continuous displacement and piece replacing. The double tool change ISO-BT 40 (HSK 63 ° opt.) at 40 positions for a total of 80 positions (standard) is integral to the displacement of the spindle, so it is possible to perform tool changes directly in a useful position, eliminating downtime.
