ERA 160
The ERA 160 mini machine center (5 axis in continuous) was designed for mini and micro precision machining. The structure, entirely in DIABASE, ensures high stability and precision, the machine has an electro-spindle of 24.000 RPM (3,7 Kw) with HSK32E (liquid or air through the spindle) that allows significative removals of material and high-quality finishing.
Extremely compact, it could be used in several sectors: medical, industrial, watchmaking/jewelry, prototypal, electrodes, etc…

The CNC is highly performing with dynamic and static RTCP control, a large keyboard includes all manual axes and other controls to facilitate the use for the operator. A micro-camera is present on the 𝞵ERA machining centers to monitor the machining from inside the machine by displaying them on the CNC screen.
