FACE-PLATE

The FACE-PLATE is placed in front of the turntable (generally of the same diameter) and serves as a rotating part pulled by the turntable. It is possible to mechanically couple the rotating table with the face-plate by means of a square or a surface supported by both (table + face-plate) to create a tilting system and allow to rotate parallelepipeds, in order to perform the processing of 3 sides of the piece.

The face-plate has a locking system (parking brake) pneumatic and / or hydraulic (if the diameter is greater than 250 mm) which works in synch with that of the rotary table.
