
MLS 200
The MLS 200 / 300-600 lathes are suitable for the production of parts in series. The great price- performance ratio means that the investment guarantees an excellent return. Essential and complete, it can be used both with the hydraulic locking spindle for small batches or single pieces, and/or, together with a bar loader and relative piece clamp, for high productions.
The “basic” version includes the electro-hydraulic turret with 10 positions, chip conveyor with steel shutter, the self-centering spindle diameter 8 inch (opt. 10 inch), tailstock with hydraulic control, both can be operated by pedal (the tailstock also in cycle from CNC). The MEEHANITE cast
iron structure guarantees high rigidity. The moderate size allows the use of the lathe by reducing to the maximum the used space.
The MLH 200 version has the “C” axis (spindle) controlled in speed and position and a VDI 30 turret (at 10 pos) with the possibility of using MOTORIZED TOOLS.
