MUX 600 – 800

The MUX 600-800 MULTITASKING machining centers integrate two different types of machines in one single solution, allowing to perform 5-axis processes of MILLING and TURNING. The ± 100° tilting head ease the use of tool holders with standard ISO 40 DIN 69871 attachment for milling operation and, the CAPTO 5 tool holder for turning operations. The continuous “torque” rotary table with 620 or 800 mm of diameters, can reach the speed level from 1 to 1.200 RPM, in order to perform turning (lathe), or be locked (hydraulically), to allow milling or drilling. These machines allow the user to perform in continuous complex milled profiles in 5-axis machining. The VISEL VSC 210 PLUS CNC (18-inch touch screen) includes specific macros for MILLING and TURINING that can be mixed into part programs that include the machining of both. The extreme versatility of such machines allows them to be used in several different fields: from the energy sector (valves) to the aeronautical-space sector, or even for third party processing to avoid the displacement of the piece from one machine to another.
