TML-TMH 320/350

The TML-TMH 320-350 lathes are used for the mass production of parts and details. The powerful MEEHANITE cast iron structure allows heavy machining. Both versions (320-350) can be supplied with useful (turning) strokes in the “Z” axis of: 500 – 750 – 1,000 mm. The standard equipment includes the steel shutter chip evacuator, the self-centering spindle (8 or 10 inch diameter) and tailstock with hydraulic control, both of which can be operated by pedal (the tailstock also in cycle by CNC). The lathes can be interfaced with bar pusher-loaders of any model.

The 320-350 versions differ in the spindle line: the 320 version has an ASA 2/6 spindle connection (with 66 mm bar passage); the 350 version has an ASA 2/8 spindle connection (with 78 mm bar passage).

The “H” version includes a 12-position VDI 40 turret for driven tools (SAUTER-DIPLOMATIC), spindle control in position (“C” axis) with disc brake for locking in position.

USER FRIENDLY CNC maximum simplicity with high performance. From the raw piece to the final product in two simple steps.

Versatile, simple and practical, VISEL CNCs have been designed using criteria of extreme simplicity of use with a practical and intuitive “USER FRIENDLY” operator interface. Extremely complete, they can be programmed at various levels: in standard ISO (G code), for the compilation of pre-defined cycles (MACRO), through direct creation, drawing a profile directly on the machine or importing it from a CAD file in .DXF format with consequent processing.
