The new CNC Visel VISPLUS 210, integrates classic functions of the CNC VCS 1070 (high performance CNC) with a system of data management and relative processes to: productivity management, events control management and machine diagnostics. The operativity is very similar to a tablet, the interaction with the operator is extremely simple and complete. The connectivity, with a direct access to all the machine data, helps with the integration in companies prepared for Industry 4.0.

Hardware Keyboard
The CNC has also a wide hardware keyboard which includes numerous buttons with specific functions, the potentiometers of feedrate for the rapid and the work, the selector Jog and the potentiometer for the speed of the spindle. Every command are lit from the back. Moreover the most used buttons (start-stop cycle, allow of the opening of the doors, etc…) are made by iron, in order to prevent their usury from the constant usage.
Touch Screen zoom function
The wide screen 21” (or 18”) is touch screen. Functions and commands can be easily recalled by video. The device allows the ZOOM of particulars, acting directly on the screen with the hands. Menus have been studied in order to encourage the interaction between the operator and the machine in a quick and easy way.

CONVERTER AND PROGRAMMING IN SELCA LANGUAGE* – VISEL
In order to program, reuse or convert programs with SELCA * language into VISEL language, an option has been created that can be installed in all the latest generation VISEL CNCs. The converter has a compatibility of 80% by grouping the most used cycles and the PROGET 2 profile programming logic.
