VTL 70

The new vertical turning line of Pentamac VTL 70, are ideal for machining heavy parts of medium-large size.

With a mehanite cast iron structure which gives the machine rigidity and stability, the lathe has a hydraulic spindle of 15 inch diameter having a speed of 50-2,000 rpm; the maximum turning diameter reaches 800 mm and the maximum permissible load is 800 kg.

Complete already in its standard version, it also has the possibility of having the motorized tools (“C” axis).

Versatile, simple and practical, VISEL CNCs have been designed using criteria of extreme simplicity of use with a practical and intuitive “USER FRIENDLY” operator interface. Extremely complete, they can be programmed at various levels: in standard ISO (G code), for the compilation of pre-defined cycles (MACRO), through direct creation, drawing a profile directly on the machine or importing it from a CAD file in .DXF format with consequent processing.
