XL 3500-7500

The series moving column machining centers are ideal for machining workpieces with lengths greater than 2,500 mm (up to 6,500 mm). Beams, profiles, bars, cylinders, tubulars, can be easily worked. The (mobile) column has a rapid displacement speed of 40 m / min, the tool change moves with the column avoiding dead times for the unloading and picking of the tool. The standard spindle is ISO-BT 40, allowing significant removal, however it is possible to mount an ISO-BT 30 spindle with higher speed (12-15-24,000 RPM) for the processing of profiles and aluminum bars. The machine can work in PENDULAR mode.

The standard tool change is 14 DISC TYPE positions (24 positions opt.), Travels of the Y – Z axes: 380 mm (500 mm opt.), Complete fairing with retractable front opening, possibility of having total coverage (opt. Top-Cover). Numerous options can be implemented in order to make the machine available for any type of machining on any type of material.
