XM 800

The XM 800 machining centers are characterized by extreme compactness and, in particular the travel of the axes are: X: 850 mm; Y: 510 mm; Z: 500 mm. The entire structure is in Meehanite cast iron and hence the machine is suitable for every type of process, with every kind of product. The spindle is ISO 40-BT, 8.000 RPM (standard), numerous options are can be added, personalising the machine depending on the customer’s needs. Reliable, economic and compact, this machine center is suitable to be placed in small spaces.

The XM 800 and XM 1000-600 series machining centers are characterized by extreme compactness and a large working area, in particular the XM 1000-600 center, the useful strokes: X: 1010 mm; Y: 600 mm; Z: 600 mm. the strokes in the Y-Z axes are increased and make this machine” stands out “of the common standard. Versatile, simple and practical, VISEL CNCs have been designed using criteria of extreme simplicity of use with a practical and intuitive “USER FRIENDLY” operator interface. Extremely complete, they can be programmed at various levels: in standard ISO (G code), for the compilation of pre-defined cycles (MACRO), through direct creation, drawing a profile directly on the machine or importing it from a CAD file in .DXF format with consequent processing. The powerful firmware and innovative architecture allow high tech performance in the complex machining of molds and high-quality parts.
