HV 1000-2000-3000
The HV lathes are suitable for the machining of single pieces and small series. Complete they can be used as traditional lathes, thanks to the electronic handwheels that move the axes with a sensitivity to the hundredth of a mm. The VISEL VSC 1020T CNC that equips the lathe has been designed to perform single operations (turning, threading, taper, etc.) or complex programs (also in ISO language). It is also possible to draw a profile directly on the machine (or import it from CAM in .DXF format) and execute it directly. During the “manual” processing phases, the CNC acts as a position display, a SELF-LEARNING function, memorizes the operator’s actions, memorizing them and transforming them into a program that can be run endlessly.
The “basic” version includes the 6-position vertical electro-mechanical turret, the self-centering spindle (diameter 320 mm) with manual closing, mobile steady rest, fixed steady rest, manual tailstock. The structure is completely in MEEHANITE cast iron ensuring high rigidity. The lathe has a manual gear change (managed by CNC) which allows high copies to the spindle at low revolutions. This type of lathes is widely used for roll and cylinder machining.
